Ways to sell
Features
Six pricing plans
Hourly, daily flat, flat + overtime, accommodation, time-slot booking and one-time come as standard. Hourly billing is calculated per minute against actual time used.
Rates shift automatically by day, holiday and season
Public holidays and holiday eves are detected from national holiday data, so there is no calendar for you to maintain. Custom periods such as high season can be defined too, and they take priority over holidays.
Private and shared spaces
Switch between private (one party holds the whole room) and shared (a fixed seat count split across parties). Shared spaces show "N seats left", and pricing is unit price × seats × time.
Subscription membership
Recurring billing, physical access rights and usage limits are managed as one thing. Members never book again — they check in with one tap from the SpaceCard in the member app.
Usage quotas and over-quota policy
Set limits on monthly visits, daily hours and monthly bookings. When a member goes over, choose whether to block the visit or add the overage to their next invoice.
Ticket books
Sell prepaid ticket books such as "10 visits" or "50 hours". Guests buy them in the member app, the balance is applied automatically at booking, and cancelling restores it.
KEYVOX opens the door, UnlockOS decides who gets in and when.
UnlockOS is the successor to BOOKINGX
BOOKINGX, the reservation service offered for KEYVOX, has been succeeded by UnlockOS. For space booking, membership management, subscriptions and walk-in (drop-in), use KEYVOX + UnlockOS from here on.

Sell by reservation
Reservation
Overnight stays, hourly rentals, private rooms and shared seats all run on the same system. Guests book and pay on the booking page, and the key is issued automatically.

Same-day use without a reservation is supported too. Guests check in and enter on the spot — from a QR code at the front desk, a kiosk, or the facility portal.
- Post the check-in app URL or QR code at the desk and you are taking walk-ins
- The facility portal has a dedicated "Walk-in" tab that routes guests to check-in
- Quick Mode issues a check-in URL on the spot, with no plan setup required
- Issued URLs can be shared directly over LINE or email
- Member drop-ins run on the same check-in configuration

FAQ
Is BOOKINGX still available?+
UnlockOS is the successor to BOOKINGX. For space booking, membership management, subscriptions and walk-in (drop-in), use KEYVOX + UnlockOS from here on. Booking, payment and automatic key issuance carried over to UnlockOS, and capabilities BOOKINGX never had — subscription usage quotas and over-quota handling among them — have been added.
Can monthly membership and drop-in for a coworking space run on one system?+
Yes. Monthly members are managed as UnlockOS subscriptions, with limits on monthly visits and daily hours. Drop-ins (same-day use without a reservation) are taken as walk-ins on the same facility check-in configuration, so you do not need separate systems for members and non-members.
Can I cap how often a subscriber uses the space?+
You can set limits on monthly visits, daily hours and monthly bookings — for example "up to 8 visits a month" or "up to 3 hours a day". For each plan you choose what happens when a member exceeds the limit: block the visit, or add the overage to their next invoice. Members can see their remaining allowance on a quota bar in the member app.
Do you support same-day use without a reservation (walk-in / drop-in)?+
Yes. Walk-in is designed as its own flow, independent of reservations. Guests can start from a check-in app QR code posted at the desk, a kiosk, or the "Walk-in" tab in the facility portal. Even before you have finished building out your plans, Quick Mode issues a check-in URL on the spot that you can share over LINE or email.
Can guests book a shared coworking seat?+
Set the room type to shared and guests pick how many seats they need, within the space's seat capacity. Availability displays as "N seats left" and pricing is unit price × seats × time. Add whole-space buyout and you can offer per-seat sales and a full-venue booking at the same time — whichever lands first closes the other.
Do you support ticket books and existing reservation systems?+
Ticket books can be sold as "N visits" or "N hours", and the balance a guest buys is applied automatically at booking time. For existing reservation systems, UnlockOS imports reservations from Google Calendar, iCal and channel managers. See the integration partners page for the full list.
