In providing our services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and "KEYVOX" products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to our customers, we fully recognize the importance of personal information obtained from customers and strive to handle personal information appropriately. In providing the Service and Products to our customers, we collect the following customer information (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy-Related Information").

Terminal identification information, location information, and usage status relating to the opening and closing of the Products from compatible devices separately registered by the customer for use of the Service, and all other information obtained from such compatible devices. - (3) Access Information
Information mechanically obtained upon accessing our website, including IP addresses, Service usage history, cookie information, terminal identification information of the device used, and location information transmitted from the device used (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Access Information"). - (4) Other
Content of customer inquiries and information relating to such inquiries, and other information separately notified or disclosed at the time of collection.
2. Purpose of Use of Privacy-Related Information
We use Privacy-Related Information obtained from customers within the scope of the following purposes of use.
- Provision of the Service and sale of the Products
- Responding to questions or inquiries regarding use of the Service and purchase of the Products, communications, and management thereof
- Procedures relating to billing for Service usage fees and Product purchase prices and payment
- Provision of information regarding the Service and Products, and other services and products offered by us
- Planning and proposals relating to the Service and Products
- Surveys and analysis relating to the Service and Products for the purpose of quality improvement
- Provision to third parties in connection with the provision of the Service and sale of the Products
- Invitations to seminars, exhibitions, and other events held by us or our business partners
- Secondary use after statistical processing or anonymization so that individuals cannot be identified
3. Management of Privacy-Related Information
(1) Shared Management by Information Type
Privacy-Related Information collected from customers is shared and appropriately retained and managed by us and our business partners/subcontractors to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service and Products.
(2) Handling of Privacy-Related Information by Us
We strictly manage customers' Privacy-Related Information based on our prescribed management standards and take measures to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage.
(3) Handling of Privacy-Related Information by Business Partners/Subcontractors
We may entrust the handling of Privacy-Related Information obtained from customers to business partners/subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, we confirm that the business partner/subcontractor maintains a sufficient level of security for handling Privacy-Related Information before entrusting, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision through contracts and other means.
4. Provision of Privacy-Related Information to Third Parties
We may disclose and provide the following customer Privacy-Related Information to the following third parties to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service and Products. Except for these cases, we will not provide customer Privacy-Related Information to third parties without obtaining separate consent from the customer.
(1) Subcontractors/Sub-subcontractors of Our Designated Customer Support
Purpose: For the provision of the Service and sale of the Products
Applicable information: Customer registration/application information, device information
(2) Subcontractors/Sub-subcontractors for Product Installation Work
Purpose: For the provision of the Service and sale of the Products

If necessary to protect significant interests such as the life, health, or property of customers or the public, or if there is a lawful request from a court, police, consumer center, or other authority with equivalent powers, we will disclose and provide the customer's Privacy-Related Information accordingly.
Note: For payment processing in connection with the use of the Service and purchase of the Products, we use the payment service provided by Stripe Japan, Inc. Therefore, customer credit card information is collected and managed by Stripe Japan, Inc., not by us.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Privacy-Related Information
(1) Availability of Disclosure of Privacy-Related Information
Among Privacy-Related Information, Registration Information for which we have the authority to disclose or correct content pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information may be disclosed, corrected, or deleted at the request of the customer in accordance with the procedures set forth in (2).
(2) Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion
We endeavor to manage Registration Information obtained from customers in an accurate and up-to-date state within the scope necessary for the purpose of use. In accordance with this Privacy Policy, if a customer requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of Registration Information provided to us, we will respond appropriately upon confirming that the request has been made by the customer themselves.
6. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to collect or receive access information from customers on our website and may utilize such access information. Please note that some browsers allow you to disable cookie functionality. The availability and method of such settings vary by browser, so please check your browser settings.
