だんろの家 (Danro no Ie)

だんろの家 is a popular rental space featuring a fireplace, but the owner had to be present for every key handover. Accommodating users from distant locations and retrieving keys after sudden cancellations were also challenges.

KEYVOX smart locks were installed and integrated with the booking platform. Users enter with a one-time code valid only during their reserved time slot, with automatic locking outside of those hours.

Owner presence is no longer required. Daily bookings doubled, and late-night and early-morning time slots were opened up. Monthly revenue increased by 70%, and expansion to multiple spaces is being planned.
