KEYVOX smart locks manage entry and exit, integrated with the reservation system. Users can only enter during their reserved time slots, and the equipment room is managed with a separate access code. Auto-locking after exit ensures equipment security.

Fully unmanned operations were achieved, and operating hours expanded from early morning to late night. Monthly bookings doubled, and studio occupancy improved significantly. Equipment loss and damage have remained at zero.
