Rentio

Rentio provides a home electronics rental service, but the operating costs of product pickup points were high and pickup times were limited. 24-hour self-service capability was needed.

KEYVOX smart lockers were installed at pickup points. After a rental order is confirmed, a QR code is sent to the user, enabling 24-hour product pickup from the locker. Returns are completed simply by placing items back in the locker.

Pickup point labor costs were reduced to zero. With 24-hour availability, user convenience improved dramatically, and orders through pickup points increased by 45%.
