ALIVE 飯能

ALIVE 飯能 is a fitness gym in Hanno, Saitama, that was struggling with customer acquisition due to its suburban location. They wanted to expand operating hours to increase users, but securing staff was difficult.

By implementing KEYVOX smart locks, they achieved 24-hour unmanned operations. Members can enter and exit using their smartphones, and time restrictions and emergency remote locking can be managed from the admin dashboard.

With the launch of 24-hour operations, they acquired new members who train late at night after work and early in the morning. Membership increased by 50%, and revenue grew substantially while keeping labor costs down.
