APEX RENTALS Tokyo Chuo rents cameras and filming equipment for video production.

Video production tends to run on irregular hours: early-morning location shoots, filming late into the night, and sudden overruns. Picking up gear early before a shoot or returning it late at night after wrapping is a common need in the industry. At the same time, keeping staff on site to match those hours is a heavy burden, and after-hours coverage and managing lending and returns had become a challenge.

APEX RENTALS adopted the KEYVOX Smart Locker, enabling equipment lending and returns without face-to-face contact with staff. Customers can pick up and return rental items 24 hours a day, whenever suits them.
