CARDIFF 九十九里 is a cottage-style accommodation facility with multiple units scattered across the property. Distributing and collecting keys for each cottage was time-consuming and caused guest wait times.

KEYVOX smart locks were installed in all cottages and integrated with the reservation system. Time-limited access codes are automatically issued for each guest. Temporary access permissions for cleaning staff can also be easily configured from the admin dashboard.

Check-in handling time was reduced to zero. Key loss incidents were completely eliminated, and cleaning schedule efficiency improved. Many guests have reported that "being able to check in freely was very comfortable."
