HOTEL VILLA KOSHIDO

HOTEL VILLA KOSHIDO is a villa-style hotel located along the coast of Chiba Prefecture, with multiple buildings spread across the property. Staff had to travel to each building for check-in, making it difficult to accommodate varying arrival times.

KEYVOX smart locks were installed at the entrance of each building. After a reservation is confirmed, an access code is automatically generated and sent, allowing guests to self-check-in regardless of arrival time. Check-out is also completed with automatic locking.

Staff travel time was significantly reduced, and a single operator can now manage all buildings. Late check-in handling was automated, increasing guest flexibility. Review ratings have also improved.
