KIW BRUNCH02 is a rental kitchen space used for cooking classes and catering preparation. The owner had to be present every time for key handover, limiting available booking slots.

KEYVOX smart locks automated entry and exit. Integrated with the reservation system, users enter using a code valid only during their reserved time slot. The door auto-locks after use, ensuring smooth transitions between users.

Owner presence is no longer required, and daily booking slots expanded threefold. Time slots previously unavailable, such as early morning bread-making classes and late-night catering preparation, are now bookable.
