KEYVOX smart locks and web check-in were implemented. Guests can go directly to their rooms after returning from the beach without stopping at the front desk. Check-out is automatically completed simply by leaving the room, minimizing stress during the resort stay.

Front desk congestion was eliminated, enabling guests to enjoy a free-flowing stay. Many guests commented that "not having to deal with check-in kept the resort mood going." Guest satisfaction improved and direct booking rates increased by 15%.
