RemoteBox神保町

RemoteBox神保町 consists of private telework booths installed in an office building in central Tokyo. The goal was fully unmanned operations without staff, but a unified management system for reservations, payments, and access control was needed.

KEYVOX smart locks were integrated with a payment system. Users check availability and book online, then enter using a QR code. Automatic billing in 15-minute increments accommodates short-duration usage.

Fully unmanned operations were achieved, with the initial investment recovered within 12 months. Usage by local business professionals has stabilized, maintaining a weekday occupancy rate of 85%. Additional locations have been successfully launched.
