YAMAGA BASE is a regional revitalization hub in Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture, serving as a multi-function facility combining coworking, event space, and accommodation. Managing such a versatile facility with limited staff was a challenge.

KEYVOX was deployed across all areas, with smart locks providing unified access management for the coworking space, accommodation, and event space. Users can access facilities via their smartphones, even when staff are not present.

A single staff member can now manage all facilities. Night-time coworking use and late-night check-ins are now accommodated, increasing overall facility utilization by 55%. Usage by local entrepreneurs and remote workers has grown.
