リブポート大宮 is a coworking facility spanning multiple floors, with meeting rooms, private rooms, and open spaces. Managing entry and exit for each area was cumbersome, and physical card issuance costs and lost card handling were also burdensome.

KEYVOX was installed in each area, enabling access control based on member plans. Various plans including monthly, drop-in, and hourly usage are centrally managed, and meeting room reservations and unlocking are completed via the app.

Card issuance costs were reduced by 300,000 yen annually. Meeting room occupancy improved by 25%, and usage data-driven pricing plan optimization was achieved. Administrative workload for operations staff decreased significantly.
