世田谷ものづくり学校 is a renovated former school building converted into a mixed-use facility, renting out classrooms as artist studios, workshops, and event spaces. Managing keys for numerous tenants and temporary users had become increasingly complex.

KEYVOX smart locks were installed in each classroom. Tenants receive permanent access permissions, while temporary users are issued codes valid only during their reserved time slots. Facility managers can view the usage status of all rooms from the admin dashboard.
