KEYVOX smart locks and online reservations were implemented. Regardless of ferry arrival times, users can enter during their reserved time slots using their smartphones. Administrators can monitor usage remotely.

Fully unmanned operations were achieved, reducing operating costs by 70%. Workation users have increased, drawing attention as a new style of remote work hub on a remote island. Monthly users tripled compared to pre-implementation numbers.
