五反田ONAIR is a coworking space offering multiple private rooms and meeting rooms. Reservation management and key handover were manual processes, leading to frequent double bookings and unreturned keys.

KEYVOX was deployed in all rooms with automated locking and unlocking linked to the reservation system. Rooms are locked outside reserved hours, and users' smartphones serve as their keys. Real-time usage status of all rooms can be monitored from the admin dashboard.
