What Visitor Management Can Do
Issue Keys Valid Through Next Month
Set an expiration date and easily issue keys valid through the end of next month. Choose between online QR codes with PIN or offline QR codes for immediate use.
Create Visitor Management Staff
Create unlimited visitor management staff members. For example, grant permissions to all employees so each can freely issue keys to their own visitors.
Direct Delivery to Visitors
Issue keys directly to visitors by specifying their email address. Customize the email subject line, header, and footer with your own message templates.
View and Edit Issuance History
Issued keys are displayed in a list, and their validity periods can be changed freely. For confidential visitors, you can choose to hide entries from the list.
Free Plan Limitations
- Keys are valid through the end of next month only (long-term keys including unlimited duration require a paid subscription)
- Issuance history shows only the 5 most recent entries
- Cannot be used simultaneously with paid plan devices in the same organization
- Automated integrations (API, PMS, etc.) are not available
