ツキミチル (Tsukimichiru)

ツキミチル is a whole-house rental accommodation in a renovated traditional Japanese house in Nagano Prefecture. The owner lives far away and had to travel to the property for every check-in, creating a significant operational burden.

A KEYVOX smart lock was installed at the entrance, enabling fully remote operations. An access code is automatically sent to guests upon booking confirmation, allowing them to check in freely regardless of arrival time.

The owner no longer needs to visit the property, enabling remote management of multiple facilities. Many guests have praised it as "wonderfully private." Occupancy rates improved, and a second property was successfully launched.
